Testimonials

  • “I highly recommend the MGH Telepsychiatry Service. Last January the community partner providing behavioral health services in our Emergency Department suddenly reduced their services. In urgent need for this critical service, we reached out to the MGH Telepsychiatry Service to help us build a new program. The MGH team assessed our needs and recognized our tight time line. They worked closely with us and by the end of March a comprehensive program to help our patients was in place. I am very pleased to report that the program is working well, staffed by psychiatrists who understand the issues our patients face. Our Emergency Department providers appreciate the collegial nature of the program and our patients benefit from good psychiatric care.”
