Interim Leadership

Experienced psychiatric leadership during times of transition.
Mass General Brigham psychiatrists can serve in interim leadership roles to guide behavioral health programs, stabilize operations, and mentor existing staff. These positions can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on the needs of your organization. These positions are typically a hybrid .5 FTE role with the time on-site being flexible per the assignment requirements.
